Mitchel Anderson helped the eighth-ranked Cal Poly Pomona men's basketball team pick up two conference victories on the road this past week, as the Broncos defeated Cal State San Bernardino Thursday, 85-76 in overtime, and UC San Diego on Friday, 66-52. A junior guard from Temecula, Calif., Anderson registered his first career double-double in Thursday's contest at San Bernardino. He collected 23 points and added 10 rebounds in 34 minutes played. The next night, Anderson notched 14 points on 6-for-9 shooting while also contributing six rebounds and two assists.
