Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

Sophomore libero Zoe Herrera helped guide the Cal Poly Pomona volleyball team to a pair of four-set home wins this past week as the Broncos defeated Chico State and Cal State Stanislaus.

Starring defensively, Herrera collected 35 digs through the two matches and she's now reached double-digit dig totals in seven of the last eight matches. The Valinda native has moved up to 18th on the CCAA digs leaderboard.

Herrera and the Broncos will return to action Wednesday with a 7 p.m. home matchup against Humboldt State. CPP has won four of its last five matches.
