Senior Katie Colin played a key role in the Broncos' 3-1 home win Thursday, which marked career win No. 700 for head coach Rosie Wegrich.

In that victory over Cal State Monterey Bay, Colin collected 51 assists to help her teammates hit .261 with 64 kills. She also played well two nights later, despite CPP falling 3-0 to Cal State East Bay. Against the Pioneers, Colin totaled 26 assists.

Colin and the Broncos will travel to play nationally-ranked Cal State San Bernardino on Friday at 7 p.m.

While she racked up the assists and digs through the two matches at Kellogg Gym, Colin also contributed a great amount in the category of kills. She tallied six in each match, hitting .357 against the Otters and .316 on Saturday against East Bay.
