Junior guard Daniel Rodriguez helped the Cal Poly Pomona men's basketball team extend its winning streak to 11 games as the Broncos captured two home victories last week. Through the two games, Rodriguez averaged 9.5 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. He also added a total of five assists and three turnovers.

On Thursday, CPP topped Chico State 67-64 as Rodriguez played 28 minutes and went a perfect 4-for-4 from the field. In Saturday's 58-46 win over Cal State Stanislaus, he played 22 minutes and set a career best in rebounds with eight. Through the two games, Rodriguez shot 66.7 percent from the floor.

The Broncos will return to action Friday with a 7:30 p.m. road game at UC San Diego.
