Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

The Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer team split this past week of play, topping the UC San Diego Tritons 3-2  on Friday, then falling to the Cal State San Marcos Cougars 2-1 on Sunday. 

With consistently impressive play thus far in 2015, Megan Kisslan has been named a Bronco Athlete of the Week. Kisslan tallied one goal against the Tritons, scoring in the 67th minute of the game for CPP's first goal and the senior's second of the year. 

In the Sunday matchup against the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, Kisslan provided Amanda Gomez with the assist needed to post the Broncos' lone goal. The assist recorded Kisslan her third point of the week and second assist of the season.
