Mark Huizar, a 2015 NCAA Division II All-American, finished first individually at the Cal Poly Pomona CCAA Preview Meet after sprinting to the line and defeating Cal State San Marcos' top runner by one-tenth of a second. Huizar finished with a time of 18:37.3 through the 6,000-meter course. The Broncos are ranked at No. 9 nationally and they’ll return to action on Sept. 17 at the UC Riverside Invitational.
