Reyana Colson put together a 28-point performance on Monday to lead the Cal Poly Pomona women's basketball team to a West Region title with a win over Grand Canyon. Colson earned selection as the tournament's Most Outstanding Player, while teammates Sarah Semenero and Megan Ford joined her on the All-Tournament Team. The Broncos challenge Northwest Missouri State Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
