Kevin Singer earned a victory in doubles, then each earned a singles victory as the Broncos went on to record a 5-4 win over visiting Hawaii Hilo in West Region men's tennis Sunday.
The victory was CPP's second in four days and it improved to 3-7. The Broncos are off until Saturday when they take on Amherst.
Romero and Singer earned an 8-5 win over Kevin Tamura and Stephen Royalty.
In singles, Romero defeated Justin Dugan 6-0, 6-1 at No. 3 and Singer earned a 6-2, 6-4 win over Aaron Tada at No. 4
Senior
Joshua Lau earned a 6-0, 6-2 win over Royalty at No. 2, and junior
Shane McNulty earned a 6-0, 7-6 win over Matthew Tavares at No. 5.
