POMONA -- Cal Poly Pomona honored its three senior tennis players Thursday, but UC San Diego took control and earned a 7-2 win in men's play at the Kellogg Tennis Complex.
The Broncos finished the 2010 season 6-11 overall.
Earning CPP's sole singles victory was junior
Salvador Romero, who defeated Sam Ling 6-2, 6-2 at No. 2.

Joshua Lau and junior
Keith Boggero earned a win at No. 2 doubles, defeating Austin West and Armaun Emami 8-2.
Lau concluded his senior season in fine fashion. The Chino Hills native finished his career 31-32 in singles play and went on top in doubles with a 33-35 mark. He ended the year at 8-7 in singles and a combined 8-9 in doubles.
Romero led the team in wins this season, going 11-4 in singles. He and freshman
Kevin Singer were 6-10 in doubles -- all at No. 1.
Seniors
