Box Score | POMONA, Calif. – As Sunday's match between Cal Poly Pomona and Cal State San Bernardino progressed, more and more space on Kellogg Field opened up.

Winless in its last four matches, CPP now holds records of 5-4-3 overall and 3-4-3 in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA).
The Broncos will conclude their three-game homestand on Friday with a 7 p.m. match against Cal State L.A. as part of a "Pack the Stands" event at Kellogg Field. The first 200 CPP students will receive free t-shirts.
Neither CPP or the Coyotes generated many scoring chances on Sunday as the visitors held a slim 12-11 edge in shots. The two squads combined for just six shots on goal.
In the 77th minute, Broncos' freshman midfielder
Adi Azran received a red card after a hard tackle. Despite CPP playing a man down, the flow of the game stayed fairly even and the match moved into overtime with the score at 0-0.
The Coyotes' Andy Reyes was given a yellow caution 51 seconds into the first overtime and less than a minute later, he picked up a second yellow for the subsequent red card that evened the player count at 10 versus 10.
Those even numbers didn't last long though as CPP junior midfielder
Abiel Coronado was sent off with a red card at the 94:15 mark, leaving the Broncos shorthanded once again for the final 15 minutes and 45 seconds. The host squad stayed tough though, limiting the Coyotes to just two shots on goal through the entire match.
