POMONA, Calif. – After just over a month on the road, the Cal Poly Pomona men's basketball team returns to Kellogg Arena this week as they play host to Stanislaus State and Chico State.
Last Week: The Broncos (3-10, 1-8 CCAA) are coming off an explosive game against Cal State San Marcos, which ended in an 88-76 loss to the Cougars.
Quick Hits: The last time the Broncos were in Kellogg Arena, Dec. 17, they came away with a slim 69-61 victory over CSU San Bernardino. CPP hops to keep that home court advantage going as they look to break a four-game losing skid while on the road.
Jordan Ogundiran moved back into the top scoring spot for the Broncos after totaling 23 points against the CSUSM last week. He has now scored 20-plus points in four games this year and averages 13.7 ppg.
Behind him is
Jeremy Dennis who owns a field goal percentage of 49 percent on the season, averaging 13.3 ppg.
Freshman
Riley Schaefer has seen a spike in minutes played over the last four games, registering double-digit points in two of those games.
