OFFICIAL RESULTS
FULLERTON, Calif. -- Julia Butler was the lone Cal Poly Pomona women's cross country representative Friday evening at the John Elders Titan Invite in Fullerton, placing 49th out of 173 runners to kick off a busy weekend for the Broncos.
Butler, running in just her fourth career race at CPP, ran the five-kilometer course in 19:14.5 to place ahead of 124 other competitors in the field.
The rest of the Broncos are in the Great State of Washington, set to compete on Saturday in the NCAA D2 Pre-Nationals race at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place, Wash., the site of the 2022 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships in December. The women's race Saturday will begin at 12:00 pm.
