POMONA -- The Cal Poly Pomona Department of Intercollegiate Athletics raised a department-record $60,644 from 246 gifts in this year's CPP Giving Day!

A huge THANK YOU to all who supported Bronco Athletics during CPP Giving Day for your record-breaking generosity! Your support is vital to the continued success of our Bronco student-athletes as they strive to become leaders in the classroom and in life. (Click HERE for the Athletics Donor Wall.)

A couple of highlights from 2023 Giving Day:

• Athletics finished as the top performing department in the College Leaderboard Challenge – a competition recognizing the college or campus group with the most unique donors. This resulted in a $1,000 bonus for the Athletics Excellence Fund. 
• The Men's Soccer program finished at the top of the Program Leaderboard Challenge, earning their team an additional $750 bonus for the highest number of unique donors. The team also earned a $500 bonus during the first Lunch Power Hour.
• Women's Volleyball successfully completed two matching challenges - one for $10,000 and another for $15,000. 
• The Baseball program received a $5,000 matching gift from Dan Andrews Farms for reaching at least 25 donors.
