LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Cal Poly Pomona women's volleyball team received the 2024-25 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award sponsored by INTENT on Monday. It is their sixth consecutive season earning the award, the third-longest streak in the CCAA and fifth-longest in the DII West Region.  
 
The Broncos are one of 1,450 collegiate and high school volleyball programs in the country to maintain a year-long GPA of 3.3 or higher on a 4.0 scale, boasting a department-best 3.60 Team GPA during the 2024-25 academic year.
 
It is CPP Volleyball's seventh time earning the honor in the past eight years, including all of head coach Traci Dahl's six years at the helm.
 
The reigning CCAA Champions will open their 2025 campaign in Bellingham, Washington on September 4^th.
