POMONA, Calif. - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced its 2026 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field All-Region honorees on Wednesday, recognizing the nation's top performers across eight regions.
All-Region distinction is awarded to the top five individuals in each event within their respective region, along with members of the top three relay teams. The regional alignment of Atlantic, Central, East, Midwest, South, South Central, Southeast, and West mirrors the structure used during the collegiate cross country season.
Representing Cal Poly Pomona, eight women's indoor track and field athletes earned All-West Region honors following standout performances throughout the season.
Kendra Williams was recognized in the pole vault, while Neshara Smith earned All-Region honors in four events: the pentathlon, long jump, high jump, and 60-meter hurdles. Halle McDaniels received recognition in the weight throw, Vivian Martinez in the 3,000 meters, Arissa Hatcher in the 800 meters, and Ehinomen Eghobor in the triple jump.
Cal Poly Pomona also secured All-Region honors in the Distance Medley Relay, with Alondra Arias, Jessica James, Arissa Hatcher, and Vivian Martinez earning recognition as one of the top relay teams in the West Region.
The honors reflect a well-rounded effort from the Broncos across a range of events, underscoring the program's depth during the 2026 indoor season.
