ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Five members of the Cal Poly Pomona women's basketball team were recognized with All-CCAA honors on Tuesday afternoon, marking the most honorees for the Broncos since the 1995-96 season and tying a program record. In addition, Head Coach Danelle Bishop was named CCAA Coach of the Year for the second time, after also earning the honor during the 2013-14 season. Bishop's Broncos finished the regular season with an impressive 25-3 overall record while being nationally ranked for the entire regular season, going 20-2 in conference play to tie the program record for most CCAA wins in a season.

Sydney Nelson garnered First Team honors for the second straight season following a dominant year in which she averaged 18.5 points per game, the second-best mark in the conference and 32nd nationally. A two-time CCAA Player of the Week, Nelson scored in double figures in 22 of the 24 games she played and eclipsed the 20-point mark 13 times. Nationally, Hudson ranks among the top 100 in total rebounds, rebounds per game, and both defensive and offensive rebounds per game, while leading the team in rebounding.

Brielle Minor collected Second Team honors after directing one of the conference's top offenses. She is averaging 7.7 points and 3.8 rebounds per game while ranking second in the CCAA and 13th nationally with 5.2 assists per game. Her 146 total assists place her ninth in the nation, and she ranks fourth in the conference in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.5). Minor also recorded the most assists in a CCAA game this season with 14, tying the school record, and ranks among the conference's top 10 in free throw percentage (.688).

Andrea Stajic was also named All-CCAA Second Team after averaging 10.5 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
