Mason, the winningest coach in CPP women's soccer history, led the 2024 squad to a Division II National Title, and the 2025 team to their second straight NCAA West Region Title and a Final Four appearance. He describes the 2026 group as an energetic and dynamic team.

"We have a lot of new faces this year," said Mason, "We're excited to see how they develop and face our tough schedule with the help of our upperclassmen."

The Broncos are led by several key returners. CCAA Goalkeeper of the Year and CPP Athletics Freshman of the Year Jenna Tetrault returns for her sophomore season with an impressive list of accolades already to her name, including All-CCAA First Team honors, United Soccer Coaches (USC) All-West Region Third Team recognition and Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-West Region Second Team honors. Upperclassmen Braedyn Kincade, Georgia Rink, Mikaela Marr, Charlie Gallardo and Sabine Ramos bring valuable big-game experience and veteran leadership to a team of newcomers.

Sasha Redshaw and Carly Radke headline the 2026 transfer class. Redshaw, a sophomore from The Master's University, was named to the All-GSAC team while Radke comes in from Southern Utah University, where she logged 620 minutes in 18 matches. The freshman class brings in new faces like Angelina Santana, who is coming off a 25 goal and 11 assist season for the La Habra High School Highlanders.

"The unknown is exciting," added Richards, "We have a really deep group."

Cal Poly Pomona will open their 2026 campaign with five consecutive home matches, beginning with the season opener against Minot State on August 27. The Broncos will then travel to Cal State LA for the CCAA opener on September 18 against the Golden Eagles. Their first home conference match is scheduled for September 20 against San Francisco State.
