Biography

2014: Continued to excel for CPP in the pole vault event, registering a season-best mark of 11-5.75 at Redlands in mid-March... Earned a spot on the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) All-Academic Team after maintaining a grade point average above 3.40 through the 2013-14 academic year.

2013: Led the Broncos in the pole vault event as a freshman, recording a season-best height of 11-8 on March 9 at Cal State Fullerton.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Glendora High School… Record holder in pole vault and 4x100-meter relay… Team MVP-2009, 2010, 2012… Two-time Baseline League Champion... Three-time most valuable vaulter 2010 from 2012… Received the 2012 Athlete of the Year…In 2012 finished Third place in California Interscholastic Federation’s (CIF) Division II... Played three years of varsity field hockey… Received the 2012 Outstanding Female Scholar Athlete Award.

Personal: Daughter of Hany and Renee… Father played volleyball for the Egyptian team in the 1980 Olympics… Has a younger sister named Gianna… Kinesiology major… Favorite pro athletes are Usain Bolt and Shawn Johnson… Favorite pro team is the Green Bay Packers… Aspires to become a physical therapist or athletic trainer.
