In 2015 Cross Country: Guided the Broncos to its third-straight appearance at nationals, where CPP finished ninth in 2015... He was the top finisher for the Broncos with a 30:25.00 in the 10K race... He placed 35th individually in the race of 246 runners to earn NCAA Division II All-American honors... set the program's 8,000-meter record with a 23:56.7 time at the Stanford Invitational.
In 2014 Cross Country: Led the Broncos in nearly every race he participated in... Recorded a 30:48.89 at the NCAA DII West Regionals in Billings, Mont. His time there stands as the sixth fastest 10K time in program history and the fastest in the past 24 years... Finished his 8,000 with a 24:48.5 at the UC Riverside Invitational to start off the 2014 season... Earned honors as the CCAA Runner of the Week for the week of Oct. 20 through Oct. 26 where he led the Broncos to a first place finish at the Fullerton "Titan Invitational", his time in the meet was also his PR, a 24:44.0.
In 2014 Track & Field: Competed in two events for the Broncos, recording the team's second-best mark of 2014 in both the 1,500- and 5,000-meter distances... At Cal State Fullerton in the 5,000-meter event, he raced to a time of 14:51.98.
In 2013 Cross Country: Put together an impressive freshman season, helping the Broncos capture an eighth-place finish at nationals for the program's top performance since 1997... Placed 75th nationally with a personal-best time of 31:51.7 and moved up nine spots through the final 5,000 meters of the race... At regionals, he finished 16th with a mark of 32:28.0 in his first 10,000-meter race... Received CCAA Freshman of the Year recognition as he finished 13th at the CCAA Championships with a time of 25:18.3.
High School: A 2013 graduate of Los Altos High School… Honored with a spot on the All-Hacienda League First Team and All-State Second Team…Ran a 4:25 in the 1600m at the CIF State Division III Finals to place15th… Finished 8th in the 3200m at the Southern Section Division III Championships with a time of 9:21… Captured the Hacienda League Championship in the 3200m race.
