Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

As a Junior in 2015: Part of the Broncos' National Runners Up squad... Played in nine contests and made two starts... Totaled 229 minutes played... Took two shots, one of which was on goal... That season was the Broncos' first ever playoff win and they won the West Region to advance to the Elite Eight, then the Final Four in Pensacola, Florida... Named to the 2015-16 CCAA All-Academic Award list for his performance in the classroom. 

As a Sophomore in 2014: Played in 15 of the Broncos' 20 games, including four starts... Played a total of 502 minutes and scored the Green and Gold's first goal in their 2-0 victory over UC San Diego... Part of the best team in program history... The team went 17-1-2 and finished their season after winning the CCAA Tournament Championship. 

As a Freshman in 2013: Played in 15 games and made two starts as a freshman... Scored his first career goal on Sept. 15 against Cal State Dominguez Hills... It was the first score of the game and the contest ended up being a 2-2 draw... Played 601 minutes in 2013.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Mission Viejo High School... Selected to the varsity team his freshman year… Earned a spot on the All-South Coast League First Team… Participated in the Manchester United Premier Cup, Dallas Cup, and the National Cup as a club player… Graduated with a 3.0 grade point average.

Personal: Son of Effie and Elly Azran…Business Administration major… Enjoys hanging out with friends, playing soccer and going to the beach in his free time… Favorite movie is the Dark Knight... Favorite food is Israeli food... Favorite pro athletes are Xavier Hernández, Sergio Busquets, Toni Kroos, and Neymar… Favorite sports teams are Arsenal FC, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the US Men's National Team… Aspires to own his own business.
