Timed 31:12.7 (70th) over 10K in final appearance at NCAA Championships (11/23) in Sacramento ... 2018-19 (SENIOR - Track): Competed in seven meets, including second CCAA Championships (5/3-4) in La Jolla, where he was All-CCAA with runner-up showing in 1500, timing personal-record 3:52.38 in final after turning in top prelim mark of 3:58.77 ... Also 15th in 5000 (15:30.57) ... Ran personal-record 14:44.94 in 5000 at Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/29) in Hayward ...
(Cross Country): One of four Broncos to compete in seven meets, including all three postseason dates ... Fastest Bronco in three of last four competitions ... Ran first cross country race in the green and gold in opener at Redlands Invitational (9/1), covering 6K course in 19:27.3 for eighth place overall as fifth and final CPP point-scorer in team win ... Raced Coyote Challenge (9/22) in San Bernardino in 25:35.8 (13th) for 8K, again as fifth and final scorer in team victory ... Shaved 15 seconds off that 8K mark at Capital Cross Challenge (9/29) in Sacramento, going 25:20.8 (45th) as third Bronco across ... CPP's top runner at Festival Year Fiasco (10/20) in Evansville, Ind., running 8K course in 25:35.0 (third overall) to lead another team triumph ... Ran as second Bronco in 25:24.7 (20th) at CCAA Championships (11/3) in San Bernardino ... Fourth-place CPP's fastest at NCAA West Regionals (11/17) in Billings, Mont., covering 10K course in 31:16.7 (11th) to become program's lone All-West Region honoree ... 2017-18 (JUNIOR - Track): Competed in six meets, including CCAA Championships (5/4-5) in Turlock, where he timed season-best 1:55.92 for eighth-fastest mark during 800 prelims, before eighth-place finish (1:57.12) in final ... Made CPP debut at Redlands Invitational (3/16), clocking 2:08.11 (48th) in 800 ...

2015-16 (SOPHOMORE at Orange Coast - Track): Eighth in 800 (1:56.47) at CCCAA State Championships (5/21) in San Diego ... Won 800 in personal-record 1:52.89 at Southern California Championships (5/14) in Lancaster, and also member of ninth-place 4x400 relay (3:23.83) ... Fourth in 800 (1:56.38) at OEC Championships (4/29) in Costa Mesa for runner-up OCC, after turning in fastest prelim time of 1:54.25 ... All-OEC performer with third-place effort in 4x400 relay (3:27.10) ...
(Cross Country): Placed 19th at OEC Championships (10/30) in Irvine, timing 21:47.21 over four miles as Pirates' third finisher during fourth-place team effort ... Completed four-mile course at Southern California Championships (11/6) in San Diego in 21:25.8, becoming OCC's second finisher (22nd overall) en route to seventh place ... Ran 21:15.4 as second Pirate finisher (30th overall) for 10th-place OCC at CCCAA State Championships (11/21) in Fresno.
2014-15 (FRESHMAN at Orange Coast - Track): Attended Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa ... Third in 800 (1:52.95) at CCCAA State Championships (5/16) in San Mateo ... Runner-up in 800 (1:53.88) at Southern California Championships (5/9) in Norwalk, after producing top prelim time of 1:54.82 ... At OEC Championships (4/24) in Costa Mesa, All-OEC with third-place showing in 800 (1:58.63), also crossing 10th in 5000 (16:09.78) ...
(Cross Country): All-Orange Empire Conference honoree in fifth place (20:34.2) at four-mile OEC Championships (10/31) in Fullerton, as Pirates won title ... Crossed line in 53rd overall (21:29.5) at Southern California Championships (11/7) as third finisher for fifth-place OCC ... At CCCAA State Championships (11/22) in Fresno, completed four-mile course in 21:07.6 (39th) to aid Pirates to third place.
