2008: Played at her best in the second half of the season… An NCAA Pacific Regional All-Tournament team member… In the three-match regional, posted 29 kills/8 errors/70 attacks (.300)… Six double-figure kills matches with career-best 16 in the home win over NCAA Tournament-bound Sonoma State… Seven matches with a .300 or better attack percentage… Most efficient match arrived in NCAA regional final against Cal State San Bernardino (14 kills/2 errors/27 attacks)… Career-high 4 service aces against Cal State Monterey Bay 10/16/08… Career-high 13 digs in five-game win over NCAA Tournament-bound Chico State… Career-high seven block assists in the five-game loss to NCAA Elite Eight-entrant Nebraska-Kearney.

2006: Appeared in 17 matches and 41 games for the Broncos… Eighth on team in kills (43) and contributed 25 block assists… Season-high six kills took place on three occasions (Sonoma State 9/27; Mesa State 8/24 and Western Oregon 8/24).
2005: Appeared in 19 matches and played in 31 games in her freshman season for the Broncos… Seventh on the team in kills with 42, along with seven blocks and five digs… Season-high seven kills occurred on two occasions, vs. Grand Canyon (Aug. 27) and against Northwest Nazarene (Aug. 27) in Cal Poly Pomona’s Holiday Inn Select Invitational… Contributed a tip kill to salvage a game point in opening game against Seattle University, then delivered the kill to win the game in a four-game win in the Emerald City Classic (Sept. 3)… Named team’s Most Inspirational Player.
At San Pasqual HS: Earned Most Valuable Player honors for the varsity team in 2005 and Most Inspirational Player honors… Scholar-athlete from 2001-2005… Competed in soccer and track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Mike and Carolyn Diaz… Psychology major… Enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with friends… Defeating Cal State L.A. in its gym ranks as her most exciting experience in sports.
