Biography
As a Junior in 2014: Helped collect a 40.91 mark in the 4x100 at the Oxy Invitational at Occidental College, the No. 4 all-time record in Bronco history… Also competing in the 100-meter he recorded a 10.72 mark and in the 200-meter he posted a 21.50 mark at the CCAA Track & Field Championships.
As a Sophomore in 2013: Had an impressive 2013 season, finishing with the team's second-best marks for both the 100-meter and 200-meter races… Also was a member of the Broncos' 4x100 and 4x400-meter relays... Finished with a personal best in the 100-meter race with a time of 10.81 on April 28 at UC Irvine.
As a Freshman in 2012: Posted the team's top 2012 marks in the 100-meter and 200-meter events... Raced to a 10.83 time in the 100-meter race on April 7 at Cal State L.A. and then went for 21.54 in the 200-meter race that same day… Competed on the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth in their heat with a time of 3:12.66 on April 20 at the Mt. SAC Relays... The mark ranks 7th all-time in the Bronco record books... Ran a season best 41.75 in the 4x100 relay at UC Irvine in the Steve Scott Invitational… In the CCAA Championships at Cal State L.A., he competed in four events and collected the second-most individual points for the Broncos... Received All-Region recognition for the 4x400 relay.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Saugus High School... Selected as MVP of track and field team... Captured a league title in the 100-meter dash, topping the second-best finisher by .01 seconds... Also lettered in football, picking up Special Team Honors and the Most Versatile Player award... Maintained a grade point average above 3.0 through all four years.
Personal: Son of Erich and DeeDee Weiner... Has a younger sister named Angela... Kinesiology major... Enjoys basketball, football, snowboarding, video games and hanging out with friends in his free time... Favorite pro athletes are Curtis Granderson, Tracy McGrady and Marshall Faulk...
