Junior Ricardo Vargas led the way with a superb 21st-place finish in 30:23.6, securing USTFCCCA All-America honors with his Top 40 finish. Following the second event, there will be a ceremony to recognize the top runners and teams in both races.
 
The top three teams from each race will receive automatic qualifiers into the NCAA Championships, taking place November 22nd at Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
