Each year Cal Poly Pomona holds a number of special events aside from home athletic contests. Some of the special events serve as fund raising activities for the department, some serve to recognize and honor key individuals associated with Bronco Athletics.
The primary events which the department holds to raise private gift support for the athletic program and its ten-sports includes the Bronco Golf Classic and broncomania, both held in the spring. From time-to-time individual sports hold special fund raising activities and those may be found by using the links on this page as well.
Bronco Athletics also conducts, every other year, a Hall of Fame induction which recognizes and honors outstanding alumni (former student-athletes), coaches and administrators who have played key roles in the success of the athletic program at Cal Poly Pomona.
