Biography
High School: A 2011 graduate of Arcadia High School... Helped the 2010 cross country team to a CIF championship and an appearance at the Nike Cross Nationals... Top times include a 2:02 mark for 800 meters, 4:33 for 1,600 meters, 9:37 for 3,200 meters, 15:37 over three miles and 26:59 for 8,000-meters... For his achievements in athletics at Arcadia, he received a Certificate of Recognition from the Arcadia Board of Education as well as a Mayor's Certificate of Commendation by the City of Arcadia... Earned a 2010 Eagle Scout Award.
Personal: Son of David Hsueh and Monica McManus... Has an older sister named Belinda... Landscape Architecture major... Enjoys music, movies, drawing, golfing and hanging out with friends in his free time... Favorite pro athletes are Bernard Lagat, Apollo Ohno and Tiger Woods... Favorite teams are the Oregon Ducks, Boston Celtics, Phoenix Suns and the U.S. Olympic Team.
