In 2014 Track & Field: Competed in the 3,000- and 5,000-meter events for the Broncos in the 2014 spring season.
In 2013 Cross Country: Competed in five meets as a junior… Recorded his top 8,000-meter mark at the UC Riverside meet with a time of 25:51.8... Finished 42nd in the 8,000-meter CCAA Championships with a time of 26:38.0.
In 2012 Cross Country: Finished with a 27:13.6 time at the Mark Covert Classic hosted by Cal State Fullerton... Recorded a 25:55.5 mark through 8,000-meters at the UC Riverside Invitational... Finished with a 28:47.6 time in the 8,000-meters at the Triton Classic.
In 2012 Track & Field: Did not compete for the Broncos during the 2012 track and field season.
In 2011 Cross Country: Competed in three meets as a freshman... Posted his top 8,000-meter mark at the Pomona Pitzer Invite on Oct. 1, crossing the line in 27:26.2 to place 90th overall... Concluded his season with a 37:28.5 time at the 10,000-meter Triton Invitational on Oct. 8.
High School: A 2011 graduate of Glendora High School... Captain of the cross country team as a senior... Recorded personal bests of 4:40.20 for 1,600-meters and 2:08.60 for 800 meters.
Personal: Son of Pedro and Maria Arranaga... Has three siblings: Omar, Alejandra and Paulina... Electrical Engineering major... Enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend in his free time...
