Jeff Tackett is entering his eighth season in 2012 as the goalkeepers' coach for the Broncos under interim head coach Erik Garcia.
The Cal Poly Pomona netminders put together another strong season in 2011, as the three different goalkeepers combined for a goals against average of just 1.28 while opposing players at the position recorded a GAA mark of 1.81.
Previously, Tackett served as assistant coach for the men's and women's soccer programs at his alma mater Cal Baptist from 1998 through 2001. Currently, he serves as the director for the Southern California School of Goalkeeping (CSG). Tacket started his collegiate coaching career as an assistant at Mt. San Antonio College in 1997.
He has been the Director of Goalkeeping for several clubs in the past 10 years and is currently the Director of Goalkeepers and Director of Coaching for Corona Eagles F.C. Jeff holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, an AAF/National Diploma, NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma, Regional Goalkeeping Diploma, and a National Goalkeeping Diploma and a USSF license.
Jeff is married to Irene and has three children: Kyle, Kambria, and Kaiden.
