Biography
As a Junior in 2010: Earned a spot on the CCAA All-Academic Team and the CPP "Scholar-Ballers" list for the 2009-10 school year after maintaining a grade-point average above 3.40... Starred in the 400 meters, registering the program's second-best time of the season when a recorded a time of 48.55 at the CCAA Championships in La Jolla... That time put him in third place for the conference ranks... Also contributed solid performances during the year for the 4x400 relay team, including helping the group to CPP's season-best time of 3:13.56 at the Cal State L.A. Last Chance Meet on May 15.
At Butte College: Established the school's 400-meter record at 47.71... Ran a leg on school-record setting 4x400 relay (3:16.45)... Stands sixth on all-time 200 mark (21.83)... A two-time GVC Conference champion in the 400... Named team MVP both seasons... Played wide receiver on football team that won state and national titles in 2008...
