As a Freshman in 2010: Proved to be CPP's best in the shot put, recording a mark of 45-1.5 to finish seventh at the CCAA Championships held at UC San Diego in May... At the Pomona Pitzer Invitational on April 10, he tallied a 140-6 mark in the discus.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Redwood High School... Lettered in both track and field and basketball... Helped track and field team to WYL title.
Personal: Son of Michael Cox and Tracey Gregory... Chemical Engineering major... Aspires to work in the field of pharmaceuticals... Favorite pro teams are the New Orleans Saints, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, San Jose Sharks and the Miami Heat... Favorite athlete is Muhammad Ali...
