As a Sophomore in 2009-10: Appeared in seven games off the bench... Played a season-high eight minutes on two occasions, Dec. 4 at home against Cal State East Bay and Feb. 19 on the road at Cal State L.A... Competed in her first NCAA postseason game on March 12 against Alaska Anchorage in the first round of the West Regional... Totaled 32 minutes, seven points and three rebounds as a sophomore.

As a Freshman in 2008-2009: Appeared in 25 games but did not earn a start…Averaged 1.2 points and less than a rebound in 5.2 minutes per game… Scored season-best six points at Cal State Stanislaus (2/6/09)… Grabbed three rebounds in the win at Humboldt State (1/16/09)… Eight of her nine FGs were 3-pointers.

High School: A three-year letter winner at Petaluma High School… Earned first-team all-league and all-county honors her senior and junior seasons… Team’s co-MVP her senior season… Earned honorable mention all-league honors sophomore year… Averaged 14.8 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1.5 blocks, 2 3-pointers and a steal per game her senior season…Holds career 3-point mark and total free throws in school history… Also lettered in tennis… An honors student all four years.

Personal: Daughter of Mike and April Derby… Kinesiology major… Enjoys tennis, animals and Disneyland… Hitting a game-winning shot in a regular season tourney ranks as her most exciting sports experience.
