s a freshman, posted top times of 4:56:06 in the 1,500-meter race and 18:40 in the 5,000-meter event... Earned the team's Most Improved award in 2010 and the Most Inspirational honor in 2009.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Etiwanda High School... Maintained a grade point average of 3.83… Garnered several awards at Etiwanda, including Top Senior, Track/Cross Country MVP, Most Improved Runner, and First-Team All-League… Holds the school record in the 1,600-meter race…Also played soccer in high school… Recorded Personal bests of 2:20 in the 800-meter and 5:08 in the 1600-meter.
