High School: A 2011 graduate of Murrieta Valley High School... Received Scholar Athlete honors after averaging a grade point average of 3.50... Set personal bests of 47.24 in the 300-meter hurdles, 16.02 in the 100-meter hurdles and 6-2 in the pole vault.
Personal: Daughter of Tom and Jacqueline Gstrein... Has three siblings named Chelsea, Greg and Chris... Kinesiology major... Enjoys running and snowboarding in her free time... Favorite athlete is Lolo Jones... Favorite pro teams are the Green Bay Packers, Boston Celtics and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim... Aspires to be a physical education teacher and a track and field coach.
