Biography
2009: Competed in two events for Cal Poly Pomona… Ran the 200 at the CCAA in season-best 29.55… Also ran the 400 in 66.55 at Azusa Pacific.
2008: Showed versatility in her sophomore season… Competed in four events… Earned season-best marks of 200 (30.35), 800 (2:36.76), 100 hurdles (19.81) and javelin (81-2)… Earned acclaim for her work on field during the NCAA Division II Track and Field Meet
2007: Competed in the 800 as a freshman and raced season-best 2:42.96.
At Point Loma HS: Honors student and earned Academic Distinction from 2002-06… Earned Academic All-CIF Honors (2002-06) and broke the school record in the 4x400… Competed in cross country and track and field… Personal bests include: 800 (2:32) and 61.0 split on 4x400 relay team (4:03.67).
Personal: Daughter of Kathy Zorn… Mathematics major… Enjoys snorkeling, hiking, mountain biking and surfing… Breaking HS’s 4x400 school record that was set in the 1970s is her most exciting experience in sports.
