Biography
In 2011 Cross Country: Appeared in three races, improving steadily throughout the season... Almost broke the 20-minute mark on a tough UC Riverside course to start the season, crossing the line in 20:00.6... Placed 47th at the Triton Invitational, recording a 24:32.5 mark across the 6,000-meter course.
In 2011 Track & Field: Competed in both the 1,500 and the 5,000 events, posting respective personal bests of 5:14.16 and 19:32.47.
In 2010 Cross Country: Competed in six races during the fall campaign and posted a 6,000-meter time of 24:23.3 at the CCAA Championships in Whittier, Calif... Her top mark came a couple weeks earlier on the same course at the Bronco Preview Meet, when she crossed the line in 23:52.5.
High School: A 2010 graduate of Serrano High School, where she was a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track and field... Owns personal bests of 5:21 (1600), 2:27 (800) and 18:12 over 5,000 meters.
Personal: Daughter of Will and Ruth Coe... Food Marketing and Agribusiness Management major... Has six siblings named Nadja, Annya, Rumiana, Isaiah, Murat and Esther... Enjoys riding horses, reading books, trail running and hanging out with friends in her free time... Aspires to become an equine veterinarian... Favorite athlete is Shalane Flanagan.
