2008: Appeared in all 28 matches and 102 games for the NCAA postseason Broncos… Earned season-best 11 digs in five-game, 3-2 win at BYU Hawaii… Registered double digits in digs (10) against Cal Baptist and at Sonoma State… Needs just 26 digs to earn a spot on the career top 10 … Finished third on team in digs with 1.46/game.
2007: Appeared in 27 of the team’s 28 matches and played in 90 games for the Broncos… Missed just the home match vs. Cal State Stanislaus (10/5)… Finished fourth in digs (193) and digs per game with a 2.14 average… Reached double figures in eight matches including a stretch of five straight… Season-best 18 at Cal State Monterey Bay (3-1 victory)
2006: Appeared in all 25 matches along with 97 games… Second on the team in service aces with 28 and second on the team in digs with 269… Set the school record in digs in a match with 34 against Mesa State to surpass Nikki Egilske’s 32 set in 1991, later broken by Kiting Kolar’s 35 vs. Cal State Monterey Bay… Added another top-five effort in school history with 30 digs vs. Sonoma State (Sept. 23).
At South Hills HS: Earned team’s Defensive Most Valuable Player award and was the San Gabriel Valley Tribune’s Defensive Player of the Year… Competed in track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Gary Driscoll and Christina Chavarria… Communications major… Enjoys snowboarding, fishing and going to the beach… Competing in the CIF Finals and finishing second in state are her most exciting experiences in sports.
