Tyquan Brown continues to provide energy on the offensive and defensive sides of the floor for sixth-ranked Cal Poly Pomona men's basketball team, as he helped the Broncos post a 1-1 record this past week. Despite the Broncos suffering a close loss to Cal State East Bay Thursday, CPP rebounded with a convincing 66-39 victory over Cal State Monterey Bay.

Brown registered his first career double-double performance against the Pioneers of CSUEB, as he totaled 14 points and 11 rebounds in 28 minutes. Two nights later, the senior forward tallied seven points and seven rebounds while seeing 23 minutes of action.
