Senior catcher Jenzen Torres guided the Cal Poly Pomona baseball team to a four-game road sweep over Cal State East Bay this past weekend. It marked the first conference road sweep for the Broncos since 2007. Torres also made history individually, knocking three pitches over the fence Friday to become the program's all-time homerun leader with 34 now as a Bronco. Overall through the four games in Hayward, Torres batted .353 while posting an on-base percentage of .450 and an astounding slugging percentage of .882.
