Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

Senior goalkeeper Kris Minton helped the Cal Poly Pomona men's soccer team battle tough against South Division rivals UC San Diego and Cal State San Bernardino this past week. Although the Broncos dropped 1-0 results in both matches, Minton totaled 12 saves over the two contests and kept CPP within striking distance of its opponents. The Sugarland, Texas, native is averaging less than one goal allowed per match.
