Cal Poly Pomona Athletics

Senior first baseman Bo Walter put together an impressive week offensively in leading the nationally-ranked Cal Poly Pomona baseball team to a 3-1 series victory over Cal State Stanislaus.

Walter raised his batting average 25 points through the four-game series, going 7-for-13 at the plate with one run and four RBI. He also collected two walks and two stolen bases. Walter had two multi-hit performances, including a 3-for-5 effort in the series-opening 10-0 rout of the Warriors.
