The Broncos finished the first week of the New Year with two wins, first was a come-from-behind 81-76 victory over Chico on Friday, followed by an 86-59 rout of Cal State Stanislaus.

Ariel Marsh provided impressive numbers for the weekend’s work. On Friday, while adding three successful shots from beyond the arc, the senior posted 21 points. She also shot 6-for-7 from the free throw line, and managed a steal from the Wildcats, and provided a huge boost despite a one time 18-point deficit.

On Saturday, the Chino Hills native led both teams with 26 points on an 11-for-18 performance, once again including three triples. She recorded three assists and committed only one turnover in the contest en-route to the Broncos’ 86-59 win.Â
