With senior Tiffany Gray leading the way with a team-high 16 points, Cal Poly Pomona women's track and field placed second at the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championships for the program's best finish in more than a decade. CPP got off to a strong start Saturday with the shot put event. Gray captured the title for the second-consecutive year, posting a 44-3.25 mark to edge the second-place finisher – Alexandra Jones of host SF State.
