Freshman Sydney Yates put together a productive week, collecting four points while helping the Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer team collect a 1-0 win over Cal State San Bernardino on Wednesday as Yates scored the game winner. In the Broncos' 3-2 loss to Chico State on Friday, Yates delivered two assists for the team's two goals. CPP will return to action on Friday with a road match at Cal State Monterey Bay.
