Priscilla Brooks was the Cal Poly Pomona women's basketball team's defensive standout this past week of play. The sophomore helped the Broncos to a split weekend.
On Thursday, CPP fell to the Stanislaus State Warriors. Brooks led both squads with 15 total rebounds, on top of those boards, she added seven points in 25 minutes played.
On Saturday, the Green and Gold snapped their loss streak with a 65-58 victory over Chico State. The Riverside native was second in the game and first on squad with eight rebounds. She also tallied four points, one assist, one steal, and a pair of blocks in the contest.
