Jared James provided a boost to the Cal Poly Pomona offense during the Division II World Series in Cary. He finished the year on a seven-game hit streak but more impressively, he reached base in the last 27 games. Through the entire year, he reached base in 56 of the team's 59 games while hitting .312. The Broncos finished third nationally for the second-consecutive year.
