Tiffany Dinh, after placing 58th as a freshman in the 2009 NCAA Division II West Region race, showed Saturday how much she has improved in her sophomore campaign. Dinh turned in a time of 23:02.4 to take eighth overall and earn All-West Region honors. She led the Broncos to four place overall, enough to earn CPP a berth into the 2010 NCAA Championships to be held Dec. 4 in Louisville, Ky.
