Senior Kasey Smit led the Broncos to a 2-1 weekend at the CCA D2 Tipoff Classic, including Friday’s convincing upset of No. 12 West Texas A&M in which she scored 18 points with six rebounds, five assists, three blocks and two steals against the Lady Buffs.  She averaged 15 points and seven rebounds in the three season-opening games in Orange.
