Kevin Menner led the Cal Poly Pomona men’s basketball team to a record-setting rout on Saturday, as the Broncos topped American Sports, 102-45. Although Menner only saw 18 minutes of action against the Eagles, he paced the CPP offense by scoring a career-high 26 points. He shot 12-for-15 from the field and added seven rebounds. Menner’s 12 field goals is the highest amount for a Bronco since Dion Cook knocked down 13 against Cal State Dominguez Hills on Feb. 24, 2007. Menner, a senior transfer from Cal State Northridge, currently leads the Broncos in scoring with 14.3 points per game.
