SAN FRANCISCO – The Cal Poly Pomona women's soccer team lost 2-0 to San Francisco State on Friday in California Collegiate Athletic Association play.

The loss puts CPP at 6—7-0 and 2-7-0 in the CCAA. It was their sixth straight defeat.

The Gators snapped their seven-game winless streak as they are 4-6-3, 2-5-2.

Katie Voss and Carly Bliss each scored for the Gators. Voss fired hers in the 14th minute of play and Bliss registered hers in the second half.

Freshman Ashley Salerno had three saves in the loss.

CPP had three SOG – one each by Justine Barclay, Valerie Strawn and Andrea Salerno.

CPP faces CSU Monterey Bay on Sunday afternoon.
