Humboldt – The Cal Poly Pomona Women's Volleyball team resumed its winning ways in a four game road victory at Humboldt State.  The Broncos lost the first game, but rallied in game two and continued the momentum in games three and four.  After dropping the first set (18-25), the Broncos rolled 25-22, 25-17, 25-18.

 

Lindsey Poulos led the Broncos in hitting.  She was helped by a strong performance from Diana Lake. 

 

“We showed great determination tonight,” said head coach Rosie Wegrich.  “After dropping the first set, we refocused and dug in.  It was a total team effort.”

 

The Broncos will play their fifth consecutive road match on Wednesday at CSU San Bernardino, before returning home to Darlene May Gym on Friday, October 1 to host CSU Stanislaus at 7 p.m.
